谁在提供服务
芳老师备课站提供中文备课工具与课堂游戏，由芳老师运营。此政策适用于本网站的老师账户、备课资料和学生课堂参与。更新及生效日期：2026年10月10日。
我们保存哪些数据、为什么保存
老师登录：账户标识、邮箱、显示姓名及语言设置，用于登录、识别资料归属和显示账户。Google 登录由 Google 和 Supabase 处理基本身份信息，可能包含姓名及头像；本网站不申请 Gmail 邮件、通讯录或网盘权限，也不接收你的 Google 密码。备课资料：你主动保存的词表、班级名单、活动设置及历史版本，用于再次备课、恢复和导出。课堂数据：房间信息、题目、学生显示姓名、答案、正确情况、成绩和参与时间，用于课堂同步及老师查看结果。学生不需要邮箱、手机号或 Google 账号。
谁能看到课堂信息
老师账户内的资料按账户归属访问。课堂老师可以查看加入者的显示姓名、作答和成绩；同一课堂的参与者可能看到其他参与者的显示姓名、得分或在线状态。房间链接、课堂码与二维码用于邀请参与者，请只分享给本班学生。建议使用昵称或编号，不上传学生电话、地址、身份证件或其他敏感信息。
服务商和数据所在位置
Cloudflare 提供网站托管和 D1 数据库，保存备课资源及课堂记录。Supabase 提供身份验证，当前身份项目位于新加坡。选择 Google 登录时，Google 处理登录授权；发送登录邮件时，由已配置的邮件服务处理收件地址及登录邮件。基础设施供应商也可能处理 IP 地址、设备请求与安全日志以提供和保护服务。数据可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理；Cloudflare 全球基础设施不等于数据保证仅保存在国内。我们不出售个人数据，不将课堂数据用于广告画像。
Cookies、浏览器存储与安全
必要的浏览器存储用于保持登录、保存语言偏好和部分游戏草稿。学生加入课堂时，服务器设置有效期约24小时的课堂身份 Cookie，帮助识别同一参与者。当前网站没有接入广告追踪或第三方访问统计脚本。退出登录会结束当前登录状态；清除浏览器数据会清除本地草稿，不会自动删除云端资料。网络传输使用 HTTPS，账户授权限制资料访问；任何网络服务都不能保证绝对安全。
保存时间与删除
房间加入有效期为24小时，这不代表课堂记录在24小时后自动删除。备课资料、历史版本和课堂成绩目前没有自动清理期限，会保留供老师再次使用。移到回收站是可恢复操作，不是永久删除。需要永久删除资料、课堂记录或账户，请通过下方邮箱联系并说明请求；我们会核对身份和可处理范围，再告知处理情况。基础设施备份与安全日志可能按供应商机制另外保留，不能承诺同步即时清除。
你的选择与未成年人
你可以修改显示姓名、导出当前资料，并通过邮箱请求查询、更正或删除个人数据。可以在 Google 账号设置中撤销本网站的登录授权；撤销授权不会自动删除本网站已有资料。本站的 Google 登录面向教师账户，学生通过老师组织的课堂免登录参与。老师应按学校要求和适用规则取得必要授权，尽量使用化名，并避免保存非教学必需的学生信息。

Privacy policy
Who provides the service
Fang Laoshi operates this Chinese lesson preparation and classroom game website. This policy covers teacher accounts, saved teaching resources and student classroom participation. Updated and effective: 10 October 2026.
What we collect and why
Teacher accounts: account identifiers, email, display name and language preferences support sign-in, resource ownership and account display. Google and Supabase process basic Google identity information, which may include a name and avatar. We do not request Gmail, contacts or Drive access and do not receive your Google password. Resources: word lists, class lists, activity settings and version history that you choose to save support reuse, recovery and export. Classroom records: rooms, questions, student display names, answers, correctness, scores and participation times support classroom synchronisation and teacher results. Students do not need an email, phone number or Google account.
Who can see classroom information
Saved teacher resources are accessed by account ownership. The hosting teacher can see participants’ display names, submissions and results. Participants in the same room may see other participants’ display names, scores or online status. Room links, codes and QR codes invite participants; share them only with your class. Use nicknames or student numbers and avoid uploading phone numbers, addresses, identity documents or other sensitive student information.
Service providers and locations
Cloudflare hosts the website and D1 database for teaching resources and classroom records. Supabase provides authentication; the current authentication project is in Singapore. Google handles authorisation when you choose Google sign-in. A configured email provider handles recipient addresses and sign-in messages when email login is used. Infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, device requests and security logs to operate and protect their services. Data may be processed outside your country; Cloudflare’s global infrastructure does not guarantee storage solely in your country. We do not sell personal data or use classroom data for advertising profiles.
Cookies, browser storage and security
Necessary browser storage keeps sign-in sessions, language preferences and some local game drafts. Joining a classroom sets a room identity cookie lasting approximately 24 hours to recognise the same participant. The current site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Signing out ends the current session. Clearing browser data removes local drafts but does not automatically delete cloud records. HTTPS protects transmission and account authorisation restricts resource access; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Rooms allow joining for 24 hours; this does not mean classroom records are deleted after 24 hours. Resources, version history and classroom results currently have no automatic cleanup deadline and are retained for teacher reuse. Moving a resource to the recycle bin is reversible, not permanent deletion. To request permanent removal of resources, classroom records or an account, email us below. We verify identity and the scope of the request and communicate the outcome. Provider backups and security logs may follow separate retention mechanisms and may not be erased immediately.
Your choices and children
You can change your display name, export current resources and email requests to access, correct or delete personal data. You can revoke this app’s Google authorisation in your Google account; this does not automatically remove existing website records. Google sign-in is for teachers. Students participate without accounts in teacher-organised rooms. Teachers should obtain necessary permissions under school requirements and applicable rules, use aliases where possible and avoid saving student information that is unnecessary for teaching.

芳老师备课站는 Fang Laoshi가 운영하는 중국어 수업 준비 및 교실 게임 서비스입니다. 교사 계정, 저장 자료 및 학생의 수업 참여에 적용됩니다. 개정 및 시행일: 2026년 10월 10일.
수집 정보와 이용 목적
교사 계정의 식별자, 이메일, 표시 이름 및 언어 설정은 로그인과 자료 소유권 확인에 사용됩니다. Google과 Supabase는 이름·프로필 사진을 포함할 수 있는 기본 신원 정보를 처리합니다. Gmail, 연락처 및 Drive 접근 권한을 요청하지 않으며 Google 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 직접 저장한 단어장, 학급 명단, 활동 설정과 버전 기록은 재사용·복구·내보내기에 사용됩니다. 수업 방, 문제, 학생 표시 이름, 답변, 정답 여부, 점수 및 참여 시간은 수업 동기화와 교사의 결과 확인에 사용됩니다. 학생에게 이메일, 전화번호 또는 Google 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.
수업 정보 열람
저장 자료는 계정 소유권에 따라 접근합니다. 수업 진행 교사는 참여자의 표시 이름, 답변과 결과를 볼 수 있습니다. 같은 방의 참여자는 다른 학생의 표시 이름, 점수 또는 접속 상태를 볼 수 있습니다. 링크·수업 코드·QR 코드는 해당 학급에만 공유해 주세요. 별명이나 번호를 사용하고 전화번호, 주소, 신분증 등 민감한 학생 정보는 올리지 마세요.
서비스 제공 업체와 저장 위치
Cloudflare는 웹사이트와 자료·수업 기록용 D1 데이터베이스를 제공합니다. Supabase는 인증을 제공하며 현재 인증 프로젝트는 싱가포르에 있습니다. Google 로그인 선택 시 Google이 인증을 처리합니다. 이메일 로그인 사용 시 설정된 발송 업체가 수신 주소와 로그인 메일을 처리합니다. 기반 시설 업체는 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 기기 요청 및 보안 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 정보는 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Cloudflare의 글로벌 기반 시설은 자국 내 저장을 보장하지 않습니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 수업 정보를 광고 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.
쿠키·브라우저 저장소·보안
필수 브라우저 저장소는 로그인 상태, 언어 설정 및 일부 게임 초안을 유지합니다. 수업 참여 시 동일 참여자 확인을 위해 약 24시간 유효한 방 식별 쿠키를 설정합니다. 현재 광고 추적이나 제3자 방문 분석 스크립트를 사용하지 않습니다. 로그아웃하면 현재 세션이 종료됩니다. 브라우저 데이터를 삭제해도 클라우드 자료는 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. HTTPS와 계정 권한으로 보호하지만 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
보관 및 삭제
방의 참여 유효기간은 24시간이며 기록이 24시간 뒤 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 자료, 버전 기록 및 수업 결과에는 현재 자동 정리 기한이 없으며 교사의 재사용을 위해 보관합니다. 휴지통 이동은 복구 가능한 작업으로 영구 삭제가 아닙니다. 자료·수업 기록·계정의 영구 삭제는 아래 이메일로 요청하세요. 신원과 요청 범위를 확인하고 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 업체의 백업·보안 로그는 별도 보관 규칙에 따라 즉시 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
이용자의 선택과 미성년자
표시 이름 변경, 현재 자료 내보내기 및 개인정보 열람·수정·삭제 요청이 가능합니다. Google 계정에서 앱 권한을 철회할 수 있지만 기존 웹사이트 기록은 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. Google 로그인은 교사용이며 학생은 교사가 구성한 방에 계정 없이 참여합니다. 교사는 학교 요구 사항과 적용 규칙에 따라 필요한 허가를 받고 가명을 사용하며 수업에 불필요한 학생 정보를 저장하지 않아야 합니다.
